The announcement continues, “term.ly is designed for the modern web, supporting easy to share “short URLs.” No need to remember or search for a word, just type “term.ly/word” in your browser’s address bar. term.ly’s short URLs are designed for sharing as well, on Twitter and other social networks. term.ly also sports a mobile-optimized version, and provides tools such as a
“lookup at term.ly” bookmarklet to integrate into your daily workflow. The site is free and allows you to create optional free accounts to track favorite words, and browsing history.”
