Act as a technical member of an open source-based software development project team, including supporting planning/coordinating, and documenting technical work with the project manager and ensuring quality across development efforts. Collaborate with team members both locally and across the product line in the full-lifecycle development and delivery of technology solutions.”

Qualifications include the following: “4-8 years experience development with Java and database development projects. Minimum 2 years experience with software system design and architecture activities, such as OOAD, UML, and code/architecture design patterns, particularly in web, client/server, and service-oriented architecture development efforts. Experience in an agile development environment, including defining technical tasks and successfully coordinating efforts of more junior staff. Firm understanding of dynamic web page development, e.g. JSP, ASP, JavaScript, CSS, Google Web Toolkit, etc. Firm experience with a variety of open source technology frameworks and libraries. Knowledge of semantic technologies, such as OWL, RDF, etc. Experience with .NET framework and Microsoft developer technologies. Experience with proposal authoring and development. Experience with biometrics systems development.”
