FIT Recruiting Solutions is looking for a Java Developer at its office in Dallas, TX. According to the post, “The Java Developer will work as part of a collaborative design and development team focused on the grant-funded Visual Understanding Environment II project (VUE) at Tufts University. The VUE project at Tufts Academic Technology is focused on creating flexible, visual tools for integrating digital resources into teaching, learning and research. The Java Developer will create and modify Java-based user interface and information visualization components and for VUE based on design specifications drafted by the project team’s lead designer. This position will play an active role implementing the application’s new look and feel and in visually presenting RDF-based data structures as part of VUE II’s enhanced functionality.”
On the east coast, MathWorks is seeking a Stateflow Semantics Developer in Natick, MA: “We need a superstar to join a small high-energy product team to work on enhancing Simulink/Stateflow semantics. This position requires strong demonstrable skills in discrete event systems, modeling methodologies, graph theoretical algorithms, C/C++ programming, and an analytical bent of mind. You will be required to participate with strong enthusiasm in all stages of software design, formal API specification, coding, testing, and shipping of our products.”
