The post states, “Full time position for an Intermediate level Software Engineer to work within an in house development team in Melbourne FL.  The successful candidate must possess strong Object Oriented software development skills and full software systems development life cycle experience, such as Agile and Rational Unified Process (RUP). The selected candidate will be a team member participating in and/or leading the development and fielding of software applications within the ISR DoD community.”

Qualifications for the position include: “Minimum 3 years of Java/C++ UI/2D graphics development experience. Agile Software Development concepts and practice. Sound software engineering concepts and practice (Object Oriented, UML, CM, and Design Patterns). Ability to obtain a TS/SCI level clearance. Existing TS/SCI preferred. ISR domain knowledge. GIS experience e.g. NASA World Wind. Relational database development experience. Eclipse RCP, OSGi, SWT, and EMF experience. 3D graphics development experience. Familiarity with semantic technologies including Gate, Lucene, UIMA, OWL, RDF, and Allegrograph. Familiarity with applied data fusion, event processing, text analysis, and/or semantic analysis. Familiarity with multi-level security environments. Familiarity with multi-intelligence data sources.”
