LGS Innovations is looking for a Software Specialist in Maryland. According to the post, “LGS Innovations, a leader in government telecommunications and network integration, is seeking a Software Specialist at our customer site in Maryland.  This position is to support lab research for a government customer. Qualifications for the position include: “Five (5) years working on software intensive projects for government or industry customers demonstrating increasing levels of technical expertise and responsibility:  Minimum of three (3) years programming for software intensive projects.  Minimum of two (2) years experience with Linux. Demonstrated programming experience with Java and JavaScript. Demonstrated ability to execute a complete software life cycle (requirements, design, develop, test, validate, deploy). Demonstrated experience implementing and utilizing Semantic Web Technologies.   Demonstrated experience with RDF. Serialization standards (RDF/SML, N3, RDFa, etc.); Ontological standards (RDFS, OWL, OWL 2); Modeling of real-world data including alignment mapping and rule languages such as SWRL (Semantic Web Rule  Language).”
