Qualifications for the position include: “Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing complex web ontology models, taxonomies and knowledge representation. Working experience in Semantic-web or ontology applications using Resource Description Framework (RDF), RDFS, or the Web Ontology Language (OWL) and similar modern reasoning and knowledge representation (KR) framework such as SKOS (Simple Knowledge Organization System). Experience using Protege or other comparable ontology editing tools. Working knowledge of SPARQL 1.1. Working experience with UML, DFD, Entity Relationship diagrams or equivalent. Experience capturing and documenting requirements. Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.”
