The post states, “We are looking for an Architect, who will work with the development teams, in evaluating, designing and architecting technical solutions to meet business needs. As a member of the team, you will have the chance to work on unique and innovative solutions on a multi-tiered JBOSS\MySQL environment. Some of the open-source frameworks and technologies utilized in these initiatives include Ruby on Rails, Apache, JBOSS, Tomcat, MySQL, Struts 2.0, Spring, Hibernate, SiteMesh, Alfresco and Lucene. This position requires imaginative thinking and the ability to apply new methodologies to design complex solutions.”

Qualifications include: “Extensive experience in leading the development of multi-tiered web applications on open source platforms utilizing Java/J2EE, XML, SQL, AJAX, REST, SOAP, ESB, AOP, SOA, JavaScript, HTML and other related technologies and concepts. Extensive experience working with open source frameworks and technologies such as JBOSS, Tomcat, MySQL, Struts 2.0, Spring, Hibernate, SiteMesh, Maven, Mule, Linux, JUnit, Selenium, etc. Ontology and Semantic Web technology experience, such as RDF, OWL, SPARQL, and Jena/SDB, is a big plus. Ruby/Rails or Groovy/Grails experience is a plus. Leader in open-source Java software environment.”
