Whiteboard Federal Technologies is looking for a Software Specialist in Columbia, MD. Requirements for the position include the following: “Five (5) years working on software intensive projects for government or industry customers demonstrating increasing levels of technical expertise and responsibility. Minimum of three (3) years programming for software intensive projects. Minimum of two (2) years’ experience with Unix or Linux. Demonstrated ability to execute a complete software life cycle (requirements, design, develop, test, validate, deploy). Demonstrated experience implementing and utilizing Semantic Web Technologies.”

The list continues, “Demonstrated experience with RDF. Serialization standards (RDF/SML, N3, RDFa, etc.). Ontological standards (RDFS, OWL, OWL 2). Modeling of real-world data including alignment mapping and rule languages such as SWRL (Semantic Web Rule Language). Distributed JBoss deployment. Java RDF APIs (preferably Jena). Active TS/SCI + Polygraph required. Experience using the following Semantic Publications Technologies. Linked Open Data conformant data publication. SPARQL endpoint publication.”
