RemedyMD is ‘Harmonizing’ Data

In Life Science news, Utah-based data solution company RemedyMD has come out with a new program to report, link, and ‘harmonize’ data from Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant (HSCT) research. Such software is vital to life science researchers who strive to extract as much value as they can from their data, as we reported a while back. With RemedyMD’s ComprehensiveBMT software, vast quantities of HSCT research data can be easily managed and studied.

RemedyMD’s new software brings together data from a variety of disparate sources including research databases, spreadsheets, gene arrays, patient and donor self-reported data, EHR clinical data, imaging data, and other sources. The software boasts “robust tools and applications to mine, query, and report on that data.” ComprehensiveBMT also allows researchers to set up and manage studies and manage patient information.

Organizations that are already using RemedyMD software include Wisconsin’s Blood Research Institute, Children’s National Medical Center, and the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation.
