Semantic Web Technology Critical for NASA’s Mission to Mars
Leading Semantic Web technology products company TopQuadrant today announced that NASA is using its TopBraid Semantic Web application development platform to model, organize and exchange data in the full "engineering-through-operations lifecycle" for its Constellation program, (view full press release here) which includes the return to the moon and mission to Mars.
TopQuadrant’s TopBraid Suite is enabling NASA to fulfill its exploration program goals by efficiently managing and executing planned and unplanned information changes within a multitude of systems over the duration of the Program, which is expected to continue for 30-40 years.
TopQuadrant also today announced that it has been named an approved vendor on the General Services Administration (GSA) Information Technology schedule 70 (view full press release here). With this GSA schedule, the GSA can assist local, state and federal government agencies in procuring TopQuadrant’s leading TopBraid Suite of Semantic Web technology products, training and solutions.
